Xiao Lingyan, Associate Professor at the School of Humanities of Jiangnan University, Master of Psychology from Beijing Normal University, Part time Psychological Counselor at Jiangnan University, National Level 2 Psychological Counselor, Director of Wuxi Elderly Association, and Member of the Anti Domestic Violence Expert Group of Chong'an District Court in Wuxi City. Her research field is developmental psychology, and she has led key projects of the Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund, Jiangsu Provincial Education Planning Key Consultation Project, and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education Project, Central special projects, school key consulting projects, school first-class courses and other projects. Has received honors such as teaching and educating students, and being an excellent class teacher at Jiangnan University.
