I got my doctor degree on education from East China Normal University in 2011. My title is Associate Professor, Master tutor, and work in School of Humanities, Jiangnan University. My research interests are in educational principle, reform of basic education, teacher education, school leadership and management. I have published more than 50 papers in educational journals, and two monographs "From Administrative Control to Professional Leadership: A Study on the Change Orientation of School Teaching Management", "A Study on the Inheritance of Folk Culture from the Perspective of School Education: A Case Study in Southern Jiangsu". I translated two books, "Ethical Teachers" and "Building Excellent Schools: Six Key Systems for Education Reform". I won one third prize of the 14th Jiangsu Province Philosophy and Social Science Excellent achievement, one third prize of Jiangsu Province University Philosophy and Social Science excellent achievement, and one second prize of the 16th Wuxi Philosophy and Social Science excellent achievement.
