Personal introduction: (text description about 500 words)

Shi Yongxia (1975- ), female, born in Loudi, Hunan, holds a Master's degree in Comparative Literature and World Literature from Liaoning University. I am currently employed at the School of Humanities, Jiangnan University, as an associate professor and master's supervisor, engaged in teaching and research in foreign literature. The main courses for undergraduate students are "Foreign Literature", "Study of Foreign Classic Drama", "Appreciation of Foreign Masterpieces", "Appreciation of Western Literary Masterpieces", and graduate course is "Special Topics in Foreign Literature". The monograph "Research on the Theme of Western Literature in the 20th Century" (funded by the National Social Science Foundation in 2012) was published in 2013 and won the third prize of the 7th Humanities and Social Science Research Achievement Award of the Ministry of Education and the third prize of the 12th Philosophy and Social Science Excellent Achievement Award of Wuxi City. Published over 30 scientific research papers, led 1 Philosophy and Social Science Research Fund project and 3 school level scientific research projects in Jiangsu Province, participated in 1 National Social Science Fund later support project, 2 Humanities and Social Science Fund projects of the Ministry of Education, 1 Zhejiang Province Social Science Fund Key Project, and 1 Jiangsu Province Social Science Fund project. Published 8 research papers, led 3 provincial and ministerial level graduate education reform projects, 7 school level education reform projects, and 1 school level teaching achievement award. Participated in 5 school level education reform projects and 3 school level teaching achievement awards, and participated in the compilation of 3 textbooks.
