At 14:00 p.m. on December 2, 2020, the opening report meeting of the national general project "Research on collaborative knowledge innovation in connectivism learning" and the youth project of the Ministry of education "Research on strategies for improving teachers' online teaching ability through" Teacher Researcher "collaborative design" hosted by associate professors Wang Zhijun and CAI Huiying of the College of humanities was held in our school The conference room 517, tianjiabing building, College of Arts was successfully held. The conference invited Professor Gu Xiaoqing, Department of education information technology, East China Normal University, Professor Zheng Qinhua, distance education research center of Beijing Normal University, Professor Tian Liangchen, vice president of Jiangnan University Humanities Institute, Professor Chen Mingxuan and Professor Sun Li, five evaluation experts of Jiangnan University Internet plus education center, and Zhou Ping, two and colleagues of the Institute of higher education. Members of the research group also attended the meeting, which was presided over by Professor Chen Mingxuan.

Associate Professor Wang Zhijun, who is in charge of "Research on group collaborative knowledge innovation in connectivism learning", first made a topic opening report to the experts. She first explained the basis of the topic selection and literature review, and reported to the experts from the aspects of basic views and research value, research objectives and contents, research ideas and methods, research innovation and expected results, and research division and plan. The topic thinks that the group collaborative knowledge innovation in connectivism learning is a complex process of effective collaboration among "technology human knowledge". It is the learners in the open network environment composed of a variety of social media tools, through the interaction of individual and group social network and cognitive network, to realize the generation and development of group concept, namely technology network, social network and cognitive network The process of effective collaboration between network and concept network. Based on this understanding, combined with the knowledge view and learning view of connectivism learning theory network, this paper explores the special law of knowledge innovation, links the distributed learning process and behavior data in cmoocs, and mines and analyzes the situation, so as to construct the process model of group collaborative knowledge innovation in connectivism learning and reveal the relationship between "technology human knowledge" Interaction and synergy, explore the corresponding promotion and guarantee mechanism. Experts believe that the topic has high academic and practical value. The research on the key process, promotion mechanism and rules of knowledge innovation in the open learning environment can not only effectively support the teaching reform of information education and the cultivation of innovative talents, but also improve the development of connectivism and knowledge innovation theory, and promote the construction of the basic theoretical system of education in the information age. The research goal is clear, the research content design logic is close, and the research method is appropriate. At the same time, the expert group suggests that in the process of project development, we should clearly define what "knowledge innovation" is, and clarify its relationship with "knowledge construction" and "knowledge production", so as to lay a more solid foundation for the follow-up research. In terms of research methods, it is suggested to focus on the analysis of social network and conceptual network which are more closely related to knowledge innovation. At the same time, in the process of data analysis, we should focus on how to represent the concept network and its collaborative relationship with social network.

Then, associate professor Cai Huiying of the College of humanities gave an opening report on the topic of "Research on strategies for improving teachers' online teaching ability through 'Teacher Researcher' collaborative design". She mainly reported the follow-up research plan from six aspects: research background and problems, research content and ideas, research process and methods, organizational division and progress, funding allocation and expected results. This topic will take the online teaching ability as the core concept, use the design based research method in the field of learning science research, explore the collaborative design principles and intervention programs to improve teachers' online teaching ability, determine the factors that affect the effective collaborative design of teachers and researchers, and explore the collaborative design mechanism to improve teachers' online teaching ability. Experts have always believed that this topic is forward-looking and urgent, the research content is specific, the research design ideas and steps are clear, and it can better achieve the expected research objectives. Experts put forward suggestions from the following aspects: first, it is necessary to define the concept of teachers' online teaching ability, form a measurement tool for teachers' online teaching ability, and provide method support for subsequent verification of the results of online teaching ability improvement. The second is to define the content of online teaching ability more accurately. Online teaching ability includes not only the ability of application technology, but also the ability of research and cooperation. The third is to think about the connection and intercommunication of online and offline teaching, such as the transfer of offline teaching ability to online teaching ability, the correction and improvement of online teaching ability to offline teaching ability.
After two hours of full discussion, the opening report meeting gathered a wealth of experts' suggestions and achieved a complete success, which provided strong support for the further research of the subject.
